JOHNSTOWN - 1st Summit Bank has bought the naming rights to the Cambria County War Memorial Arena in Johnstown. The deal, announced Tuesday morning, is for $720,000 over 10 years. The 67-year-old building will be known as 1st Summit Arena at Cambria County War Memorial.
