Jefferson Co., PA (WJAC) According to Jefferson County EMS Director Tracy Zents, firefighters from multiple northern counties have been battling a large forest fire for most of the afternoon. Officials say the fire is located within the Allegheny National Forest, in the area of River Road in Belltown.

JOHNSTOWN -- In a lawsuit filed with the Court of Common Pleas in Cambria County, Westmont resident Willeam Choby alleged that the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority isn't allowed to operate the sewer system, something they currently do for 20 different municipalities in the Greater Johnstown area.

SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) A woman is recovering following a water rescue in Somerset County. Authorities say the woman was found hanging off the side of a kayak in a reservoir. According to Somerset County dispatch, the incident happened at the Quemehoning Reservoir sometime around 1:30 p.m. Monday.
