University Park, PA (WJAC) A Centre County election challenge regarding the addresses for Penn State students at the University Park campus is being appealed in state court. Dr. Linda Sheckler, of Bellefonte, filed the appeal last week, in state superior court, against the Centre County Board of Elections.
