PHILADELPHIA (WKRC) Five men accused of impersonating police officers to kidnap and kill a 28-year-old man were charged on Thursday. They kidnapped and killed the man in 2006. The group posed as police officers using fake badges, police lights and firearms, according to the indictment filed in the U.S. District Court in Eastern Pennsylvania.

BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) Officials say two dogs are recovering after being rescued from an Altoona house fire that claimed the life of a man. City officials offered condolences to the family and friends of 75-year-old Mark Stuart whom they say unfortunately died of smoke inhalation from the fire.
